Financing

Dr. Hoang believes that financial concerns should never stand in the way of excellent periodontal and implant care. Our expert team will work closely with you to design a payment plan that fits your needs.

For your convenience, we welcome payments by MasterCard and Visa credit cards. San Jose Periodontics will work together with you to provide state-of-the-art and affordable periodontal and implant therapy.

Emergency/Single Visit Payments
For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service.

Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, we will submit necessary claim forms, receipts and other information to your insurance company.
Our insurance coordinator deals with many different insurance companies. Some companies offer many different dental plans. These companies can change benefits, co-pays and deductibles throughout the year. Furthermore, most dental insurance policies are limited and often only pay for a portion of the procedure(s) that may need to be done. The majority of dental plans reimburse approximately 30%-80% of treatment costs.

We do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on the information that is available to us. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance plan is current.

Dr. Hoang: This woman makes you feel like you're in the hands of a master. She was very calm and confident in her consultation. After reviewing my x-rays, we went into a little room to discuss. As a former teacher, I appreciate clear explanations. She used great analogies to explain what was happening with my gums and reassured me that it wasn't because of anything I had done wrong. She made sure I understood everything and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Dr. Hoang was also very considerate of the cost of a surgery like this. I ultimately need to have a gum graft on both sides. She wrote everything out and explained that I would do one side this year and the other side next year to max out my insurance coverage. I appreciated that she was looking out for me.

I had my first surgery on Friday. The staff took good care of me, everyone in the office was on the same page, and they even called my fiance 30 minutes before the surgery was over so he could be there to pick me up. They explained all of my medication, gave me a one-pager on the recovery period, and gave me Dr. Hoang's cell phone number if I had any emergencies over the weekend.

I am so appreciative of this staff and highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

I have had gum surgery here. Dr. Hoang is an expert. Quyen in the front office is the best. She is super friendly and approachable. She will tell you all the details about the charges and insurance coverage upfront. I can tell from my experience that they do not overcharge the patients. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for any of my visits. I highly recommend this periodontist.
